How do you handle photography for multiple units at the same address?

If a property has multiple units that will be listed separately for sale or rent, each unit counts as a separate order, just like any other standalone listing.

  • Each unit listed separately requires its own order since it will have its own MLS listing.
  • If all units are sold as a single listing, they will be photographed together under one order.
  • Floor plans are always created for each unit individually, regardless of whether the units are listed separately or together.

This ensures that each listing receives the proper media to best showcase the property.

How quickly do you deliver photos, videos, and other media?

We know that fast turnaround times are essential in real estate marketing. Here’s what you can expect:

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We value your time and are committed to being punctual and efficient in providing our services. To help us maintain our schedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Fees apply for same-day cancellations or onsite cancellations ($75 and $125, respectively), with exceptions for extraordinary circumstances. Your cooperation ensures a smooth experience for both parties. Thank you for your understanding.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

At Three Nine Media, we are experienced in shooting in various lighting conditions and have successfully completed projects even in challenging weather. Rest assured, even in adverse weather conditions, we deliver high-quality, crisp, and bright images. Additionally, we provide complimentary blue sky replacement for exterior images to enhance the visual appeal of your listings.

However, safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed dangerous, severe, or likely to hinder our work, we may suggest rescheduling the shoot at no additional cost to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of your media. Your satisfaction and safety are our primary concerns.

How should I prepare listing for the shoot, and why is it very important?

Ensuring your home is well-prepared is crucial for achieving the best results in your final media. The quality of the images and videos directly depends on how the house is prepared and staged. Agents are expected to have the property staging and cleaning completed prior to the photo shoot. All properties will be shot “As Is.”

It’s essential that your home is clean, decluttered, and staged. A prepared listing not only helps us capture stunning media but also attracts more buyers. Conversely, an unprepared house can have the opposite effect. To assist you with the preparation process, we provide a home preparation checklist that outlines the necessary steps.

During the shoot, our team may make minor adjustments such as moving small decorations or pillows to enhance the overall presentation. However, please note that we do not move furniture and boxes during the shoot to maintain efficiency and quality. Please ensure that larger arrangements are in place before our arrival. Unprepared homes may cause delays during the shoot, and on-the-spot preparations are not encouraged, as they can impact the overall quality of the media.

Should the property owners be present during the shoot, and what about pets?

For the best results, efficiency, and to avoid delays, it is highly recommended that the house be ready and vacant during the shoot. This ensures that our team can focus on capturing high-quality media without interruptions.

For the best results and efficiency, we recommend homeowners leave the property for the shoot’s duration. It’s a great opportunity for them to enjoy some leisure time, like a walk, shopping, or grabbing coffee. This helps us focus and ensures the shoot proceeds smoothly. To keep pets comfortable and safe, it’s best to have them in a separate area or taken out during the shoot.

However, if it’s impossible for homeowners to leave, we kindly request that they stay in one room and keep their belongings with them. This helps maintain an efficient process and ensures that they do not accidentally appear in photos, videos, or 3D tours. Additionally, it minimizes any potential disruptions to the shoot. For the comfort and safety of pets, it’s preferable to have them secured in a separate area or taken out of the property during the shoot.

Media usage and rights, and who owns the photos?

You have the freedom to use all the photos and media we create for any marketing materials related to your listing and for promoting yourself as an Agent or Broker. Additionally, your parent company can use these images solely for marketing the specific property photographed. Please remember that the ownership of these images remains with the Photographer, and the license is granted to you and your parent company only, not to any third party.

Using these images for any third-party purposes, such as architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is not allowed unless you have received written approval from the photographer. Your media rights are designed to help you market your property effectively while respecting the photographer’s ownership.
