Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by Three Nine Group Inc. DBA Three Nine Media(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

Three Nine Media provides high-quality real estate and branding media, including photography, videography, FAA Part 107 Certified drone media, 3D tours, floor plans, and virtual staging. Our expertise covers residential listings, commercial properties, Airbnb/vacation rentals, FSBO, and interior design projects.

2. Standard Turnaround Times

We prioritize speed without sacrificing quality. Typical delivery windows are:

  • Photos, Floor Plans & 3D Tours: Next-day delivery.

  • Virtual Staging: 1-day turnaround.

  • Videos & Branding Media: 2 to 3 business days (may vary based on project complexity).

3. Payment Terms & Processing Fees

  • Accepted Methods: Zelle, ACH, Check, and Credit Card.

  • Fees: No extra fees are charged for Zelle, ACH, or checks.

  • Credit Cards: To keep our base pricing affordable, a 3% payment processing fee (charged by our third-party processor) applies to all credit card transactions.

  • Delivery: Payment is required before the delivery of final, un-watermarked media.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To maintain our schedule and serve all clients efficiently, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Same-Day Cancellation Fee: $75

  • On-Site Cancellation Fee: $125

  • Exceptions: Fees may be waived for extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.

5. Property Preparation & “As-Is” Policy

The quality of the media is directly dependent on property preparation.

  • Staging: Properties will be shot “As Is.” Agents/homeowners are expected to have the property cleaned, decluttered, and staged prior to our arrival.

  • Minor Adjustments: Our team may move small items (pillows, small decor) but will not move furniture, large boxes, or heavy arrangements.

  • Delays: On-the-spot preparations are discouraged as they impact the quality and schedule of the shoot.

6. On-Site Attendance & Safety

  • Occupancy: For the best results, it is highly recommended that the property be vacant during the shoot. If homeowners remain on-site, they must stay in one room with their belongings to avoid appearing in media.

  • Pets: For the safety of our team and the comfort of the animals, pets must be secured in a separate area or removed from the property during the shoot.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage License

  • Ownership: All media remains the sole intellectual property of the Photographer (Three Nine Media).

  • Usage License: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the media for marketing the specific listing and for your personal branding as an Agent/Broker.

  • Brokerage Usage: Your parent company may use the images solely for marketing the specific property photographed.

  • Third-Party Restriction: Licensing these images to third parties (architects, builders, stagers, designers, or new listing agents) is strictly prohibited without prior written approval and potential additional licensing fees.

8. Drone & Weather Policy

All drone operations are conducted by FAA Part 107 Certified pilots. We reserve the right to reschedule drone services due to inclement weather (high winds, rain, or snow) or FAA airspace restrictions to ensure safety and compliance.

9. Liability

Three Nine Group Inc. is not responsible for any damage to the property during the shoot unless caused by gross negligence. Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is safe for our team to enter.
